Shipping
Shipping cost are calculated by weight and location and will be automatically calculated during checkout. We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary and delays can occasionally occur. ThreeSixty Vintage are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages or for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Returns & Refunds
Orders can be returned for a store credit, within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If requirements are met login to your account with the email used when purchasing the item/s, then select the relevant item/s and complete the process.
You will also need to cover the cost of return postage for all returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll will be sent a store credit.
We also offer refunds, if you opt for the refund option, original postage price is excluded from the refund amount. Orders will be automatically refunded to the same payment method used when making the purchase after the return is approved. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
ThreeSixty Vintage reserves the right to reject exchanges/ returns which do not comply with our return return policy.
